Illinois & Michigan Canal Museum

The Illinois & Michigan Canal Museum is located in the original 1837 home of the canal commissioners. Displays recall 19th-century life along the canal. The Old Stone Annex Exhibit Building in the rear of the museum features displays of early banking, tools, a carriage and one of the two known scale models of Lincoln Tomb State Historic Site.
